Installation Guidelines

Swing motors are hydraulic motors that generate turning force for excavator booms using oil pressure, enabling right or left rotation and controlling turning power transmission.

Installation Steps:
  • Clean mud and debris from oil pipe joints before installation
  • Add gear oil to the marked position of the gear box
  • Use new 46# or 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system
  • Bleed air from the hydraulic system
Maintenance Schedule:
  • Replace gear oil after first week of use for new motors
  • Replace again after one month of operation
  • Maintain regular replacement every six months thereafter
